Order Processing

Payment Confirmation
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Processing Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CT) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CT), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery

To ensure efficient fulfillment and consistent product quality, Bambino Merino partners with an established international fulfillment provider. Orders are prepared and dispatched from China and shipped via reputable global carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Yanwen or Yun Express

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment
  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email
  • If tracking does not update or your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Bambino Merino is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to invalid or incomplete addresses may require an additional reshipping fee

Forwarding or Redirection
We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays if the carrier is instructed to forward or redirect the package after shipment.


Personalized & Custom Orders

Orders that include personalization or special customization may require additional processing time. If extended handling is needed, customers will be notified accordingly.
