Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for customer-selected options (e.g., size, design, quantity). All details are confirmed at checkout to ensure accuracy, so we’re unable to replace items due to selection errors.

Order Cancellation

  • Our products are made to order.
  • To cancel or modify, email us immediately after purchase.
  • Changes are possible before production begins—typically within 6 hours, depending on our production queue.
  • Once production starts, cancellations aren’t possible. In limited cases, a replacement may be considered at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and is not eligible for reimbursement.

Eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or shattered.
  • The design/size/material is not what you ordered.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item does not match the original description.

Return condition requirements (must be met):

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unmodified.
  • Original tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Items with minor loose threads that can be trimmed are not considered defective unless caused by us.

Proof required:

  • Order number and proof of purchase.
  • Shipping label/receipt.
  • Photos/video showing the defect or issue.
  • Any prior email correspondence (screenshots).

How to request a return/refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, issue description, and required documentation.
  2. Our support team replies within 2–3 business days with the return address and instructions—please wait for this confirmation before sending anything.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable carrier and email us the tracking number or a photo of the receipt.
  4. We’ll review upon receipt and email you our decision. Refunds are processed only after approval.

Please do not send items back without email authorization. We aren’t responsible for lost, unauthorized returns. If a return package isn’t received, we cannot issue a refund.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer-paid, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund timing:

  • After we receive your return, processing takes up to 2 business days. We’ll email confirmation and issue a full refund, including any original shipping fee if the return is due to our error.
  • Bank/issuer posting times vary; please allow 10–15 days after issuance. If it hasn’t appeared, check with your bank/credit card company, then contact us at [email protected] We typically reply within 2–3 business days.

Important Notes (Please Read)

  1. 30-Day Window
    You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and no reimbursement will be issued.
  2. Return Costs
    Returns are accepted without restocking fees. However, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect/defective item).
  3. Pre-Authorization Required
    Before sending anything back, contact our Support Team to obtain return approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not located, making them ineligible for refund.
  4. Packaging & Tracking
    Use the original packaging (or equivalent protective materials) and ship with a trackable service. Keep your receipt/tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
  5. Loss or Damage in Transit
    We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. If the package is not delivered back to us in returnable condition, no refund can be processed.
