Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for items based on customer selections. We carefully confirm all details, including sizes, designs, and quantities when orders are placed. This ensures accuracy, and we trust that customers make informed decisions. As such, exchanges due to selection errors are not accepted.
Order Cancellation
Our products are custom-made, tailored specifically to your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 6 hours after placing your order, depending on our current production schedule. If production has already started, cancellations will no longer be possible, though replacements may be considered depending on the circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days following delivery. Once this period has passed, the order will be considered accepted, and refund requests will no longer be processed.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product is shattered.
- The product design differs from the one ordered.
- The product size differs from the one ordered.
- The material of the product differs from what was ordered.
- The product you received is not the one ordered.
- The product differs from its description.
Conditions for Returned Items:
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items must not be defective unless the defect is caused by us.
- Items must have their original tags intact.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Required Documentation for Returns and Refunds:
To request a return and refund, please provide the following:
- Shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defective items
- Screenshots of previous email communication with us
Steps for Requesting a Return and Refund:

- Our customer support team will respond within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the return address and instructions, carefully pack your items and send them via a traceable carrier.
- Provide the return tracking number or a picture of the return receipt via email.
- Refunds will only be processed once we confirm eligibility for the return and refund.
Important Reminder:
Do not return any items without prior confirmation via email. We cannot assume responsibility for lost returns. If we do not receive the return package, no refund will be issued. Please send the return tracking number to [email protected] to ensure the package is tracked.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping fees for returning items must be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
Once we receive your return, refund processing typically takes up to 2 business days. Upon receipt of the return package, we will send you a confirmation email and process a full refund, including any previously paid shipping fees.
Refund Timing:
If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable period, we suggest checking your bank account. If needed, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Depending on your card issuer, the refund should reflect in your account within 10 to 15 days from the issue date.
