When You’re Eligible for a Return or Refund

We’re happy to provide a free replacement or full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Wrong Item Sent: You received an incorrect product, size, or color that doesn’t match your order.
  • Print or Design Issues: The print is blurry, off-center, faded, or noticeably different from what was shown in the product preview.

When Returns or Refunds Are Not Available

As our garments are printed on demand and made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page. Please double-check sizing before completing your order.
  • Change of Mind: We are unable to accommodate requests due to buyer’s remorse or changes in style preference.
  • Minor Color Differences: Due to monitor and screen settings, slight color variations between your screen and the actual product are normal.
