If you're looking at this page then you probably want more information about what we offer in terms of delivery.
Hopefully all the information you need is outlined below but if you can't find the answer to any of your questions then please drop us an email us here and we’ll get back to you sharpish.
Good news .... we are currently shipping as normal, in spite of COVID-19. If there are any delays we promise to be in touch.
Depending on how quickly you want to get your hands on your goodies we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Royal Mail Tracked 48® for you to choose from.
FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £100
(Channel Islands & Isle of Man Excluded)
Standard UK Delivery £5
We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Please allow 3-5 working days from date of order.
First Class Delivery - £7
We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Please allow 2-3 working days from date of order.
Although the world is our oyster (or we like to think it is) unfortunately we aren't able to offer international delivery to all four corners.
We’d like to but, for now, if your country isn’t listed at checkout then you may have to wait a little longer (or move house!)
Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and may be due on receipt.

We use Royal Mail Tracked (plus your local mail service). Please allow 10-14 days for delivery from date of order.

International Worldwide Courier - £39
We use DHL for this service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from date of order.
Weight If the total weight of a parcel is over 2KG, an extra shipping fee may be charged. This is unusual & we will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
Import Duty Charges may apply for deliveries outside of the EU & are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure whether these duties or other taxes, fees or charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Order Details Customers are responsible for providing correct contact number, email address & postal address inclusive of postcode. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if the delivery address you provide is incorrect.
