What is your returns policy?
Of course we want you and your minimino to LOVE your item(s), but returns are inevitable and it’s totally fine to change your mind. You can return any unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding the delivery cost at this stage) As long as items are in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached, your return will be processed. We know you understand.
How do I return my item(s)?
Returning things is easy – just complete the form we sent you when you received your parcel and neatly repackage the item(s). Don’t forget to then include your returns label so we can action your refund in good time. At the moment we are unable to offer free returns but this is something we hope to offer in the future so keep looking back.
We recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and please keep a record of your proof of return and/or tracking number. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you, sorry.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchange requests within the normal returns timeframe. All you have to do is let us know what you wish to exchange, and what for. If it’s in stock it’s yours and we will send it out to you on standard delivery. If we can’t fulfill your request we’ll issue you with a refund. Hope that sounds good.
I bought an item in the sale. Can I return it?
We hope you understand but all sale items are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
How long will my return take to process?
We always try to do things as quickly as possible but please allow 14 days from the day we receive the product back from you to action your refund. Refunds will be put back on to the original payment method but remember your card issuer often requires up to 5 working days to pop the funds back into your account. Generally the whole process happens a little faster which, of course should make you happy.
*although at very busy times (like Christmas or a sale period) there are occasional delays.
What if I've missed the returns period?
Unfortunately (due to important stock control issues) we’re strict with our deadlines so we can’t accept returns outside of the periods stated above. Thanks for understanding.
What if I've misplaced my returns form?
That’s OK – just email us and we'll promptly send you another one.
My item is faulty. What should I do?
We rigorously check all our items so they are of the highest quality both at manufacture and dispatch, so hopefully you won’t need to, but if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item let us know first (add link to email address) & we’ll be able to help you better.
