1. Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options and rates?
We offer reliable shipping services within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate of $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. For all other international destinations, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. After processing, domestic delivery to a U.S. address generally takes 8–11 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be longer.
My tracking status shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your package tracking shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your surrounding area, including your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors.

2. Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for all transactions. All payments are securely processed at checkout.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately within 6 hours of placing it. Please note that a 10% processing fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
